We are so use to say things like: “life is impossible” or “life is difficult,” not knowing that by repeating this kind of vocabulary, our life will actually become impossible and/or difficult. Many people, including me, have discovered that by just changing the way we express ourselves, our life also changes. For example, instead of saying: “life is difficult” say “life is not easy,” instead of “life is impossible” say “life is not possible.” Even if life seems not easy at that moment, using these positive words, will send our energy towards what is easy and possible.
